How are agents dealing with banks that try to knock comissions down from 6% total? Are you splitting this with the buyer's agent, or are people fighting these reductions?

I don't think it's right that the bank's are trying to lower your commission. I know my agent is busting his a$$ to get my sale closed. Seems like even more work then a regular sale.

I think if the bank is taking a hit, sometimes everyone needs to kick in, even the agent!
